Live sessions run Saturdays and Sundays, 5:00–6:00pm WAT, on Zoom, and every session is recorded. Mondays and Wednesdays are for submitting tasks (video, audio or written work), and Tuesdays and Fridays bring corrections and individual feedback before the next activity.
Every live session is recorded and the recording is sent out for replay and revision, so a missed session doesn't mean missed material.
Bank card, bank transfer or USSD, through Flutterwave — or a direct bank transfer with proof sent on WhatsApp for campaign enrolments. Access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed.
Refunds are only considered where there is a clear failure to deliver the services we explicitly promised, and the reported issue remains unresolved after you have formally reported it.
Children from 4 to 17 years old, placed into one of four levels based on ability, age and an onboarding assessment — plus a separate school for adults.
No — a mobile phone is enough. Classes only need Zoom and WhatsApp.
Yes. Flying Colours currently teaches children in around 24 countries, including the USA, UK, Qatar, Italy and Australia. Classes work fine on a relative's device too, as long as it has Zoom and WhatsApp.
No — Flying Colours is open to all religions and cultures.
Just a notebook, pens and pencils. Everything else the programme uses is provided at no extra cost.
Yes, though we recommend finishing one course before starting another so it gets your child's full attention.
No — Flying Colours is entirely focused on communication skills, not general academics.
